Within Temptation: The Howling

Pura vida gente!!! Pues este es mi primer post en Rockeros y como nuevo que soy en el blog, pues queria poner musica nueva en si, musica diferente, y se me ocurrio poner un post de Within Temptation, ya que es una banda poco conocida en Latinoamerica, especialmente en este pais donde si acaso los he escuchado un par de veces por la Radio.

Within Temptation es una banda de Gothic Metal, muy al estilo de Nightwish, Lacuna Coil (aunque Lacuna Coil es mas rock que metal) y otras bandas Europeas que es donde este genero ha tenido la mayor fuerza. Ellos son Holandeses y para mi, es un grupo excelente, es Metal pero a la vez no es tarrero sino es mas sinfonico, algunas piezas pueden rayar en una especie de pop raro, en fin, es Gothic Metal, pero es suficientemente variado para cuadrarle a todo el mundo, aparte que la vocalista tiene la voz de un angel, clara, aguda y perfecta.

La banda esta liderada por Sharon Del Adel, su vocalista y Robert Westerholt su guitarrista principal y desde 1998 se ha consolidado como una de las mejores bandas de Gothic Metal de Europa, gracias a sus sencillos Ice Queen y Mother Earth. Ahora con su nuevo disco The Hearth of Everything, se estan abriendo fama por todo el mundo, obviamente explotando la capacidad vocal de Sharon mas los magnificos arreglos en sus canciones.
